Product Details

Alugel 30 HEP is produced from a high quality, vegetable based fatty acid for
grease, lacquer and polymer applications requiring a finely divided powder with good
handling and feeding characteristics.

Alugel 30 HEP serves as a lubricant in the production of polyamides and thermosets. 

Alugel 30 HEP has a strong gelling action and is therefore used as thixotropic thickening agent in the production of varnishes and lacquers. As a gelling agent for oils it forms transparent, water repellent greases.

Furthermore it is used as a hydrophobic agent in the building industry.  The fine particle size distribution provides excellent dispersion properties in blending, compounding and extrusion equipment.
