Hostastat FA 38 is an ethoxylated alkyl amine which provides highly effective internal antistatic properties to thermoplastic polymers.

Typical Applications

Hostastat FA 38 is a highly effective internal antistatic agent for polymers, i.e. polyolefins or styrenics. It is added to equalise and reduce static charges on polymers surface preventing undesired or hazardous effects caused by dust attraction, spark discharge, ink misting. 

Hostastat FA 38 offers high performance and long term efficiency. 
For applications where immediate antistatic effects are required it is recommended to combine Hostastat FA 38 with rapidly acting antistatic agents, .e.g. Hostastat FE 2.
