Product Details

MACROLEX® Red E2G is a solvent soluble dye for plastics with high heat stability, good lightfastness and weather resistance, high color strength and outstanding brilliance. MACROLEX® dyes are ideally suited for the coloration of amorphous thermoplastics such as PS, PC, PMMA and PET. They provide for a broad spectrum of possible applications and excellent compatibility with a wide variety of polymer types and manufacturing methods.

To further increase processability, LANXESS has developed one of the first microgranulated dyes ever. Produced as hollow spheres, MACROLEX® Gran can be easily broken and distributed evenly and is incorporated quickly, evenly and completely into the plastic, while maintaining all the excellent dyeing properties the range is known for. With the MACROLEX® range of soluble organic dyes, LANXESS provides an innovative coloring technology for plastics that combines excellent dyeing properties and processability to meet high ecological requirements.
