Product Details

Polycin D-265 is a 100% solids castor oil based derivative designed for use as a polyol or reactive diluent in polyurethane systems. Polycin D-265 will impart flexibility and improved pigment wetting into many polyurethane systems. Polycin D-265, as a reactive diluent, will allow for VOC reduction while imparting the beneficial properties of castor oil derivatives such as improved flow and levelling.

  • Formulation of 100% solids high performance polyurethane coatings
  • Low VOC UV resistant 2-component industrial maintenance coatings and thermosetting OEM coatings
  • Property improvements such as; flexibility, adhesion, moisture resistance, and chemical resistance in coatings, adhesives, sealants, and elastomeric formulations
  • Low VOC force dry and bake topcoats and primers for plastics and metal
  • Low viscosity, solvent free pigment dispersions for urethane and melamine bake systems
