Cleveland, Ohio | January 13, 2026 — Palmer Holland is pleased to announce a strategic distribution partnership with Integrity BioChem (IBC), an innovator in bio-based chemistries. Through this partnership, Palmer Holland will represent Integrity BioChem’s innovative agricultural chemistry portfolio, expanding access to IBC’s sustainable, performance-driven solutions for crop protection, nutrition, and biological formulation markets.

Palmer Holland brings more than a century of distribution experience and a dedicated agricultural sales team focused exclusively on supporting A-level customers. This collaboration combines Palmer Holland’s market reach and formulation expertise with Integrity BioChem’s breakthrough bio-based surfactant technologies to deliver cost-effective, high-performance alternatives to traditional synthetic chemistries.

Palmer Holland will serve as a distributor for the IBC Ag portfolio, providing customers with direct access to sampling, formulation guidance, and technical support. While the partnership is not exclusive, Palmer Holland’s agricultural team will lead the first phase of IBC’s commercial rollout, targeting a full launch in early 2026 following the completion of regulatory milestones.
