Joshua Godfrey

Joshua Godfrey serves as the South-Central Account Manager for the Lubricants & Energy market at Palmer Holland, joining the organization in January 2026. He brings more than 13 years of industry experience, with a strong background in Oil & Gas and specialty chemical distribution. Prior to joining Palmer Holland, Joshua spent five years with Baker Hughes and seven years with IMCD, where he held key commercial and technical roles supporting customers across the energy sector.

Joshua is a U.S. Marine Corps veteran, having served eight years as an infantry machine gunner. His military experience instilled a strong foundation of discipline, leadership, and commitment—qualities he carries into his professional career. He remains actively engaged in the industry as a member of the Houston chapters of the Society of Tribologists and Lubrication Engineers (STLE) and the American Association of Drilling Engineers (AADE).

Based in Houston, Texas, Joshua lives with his wife, Heather, and their three children. Outside of work, he enjoys weightlifting, golfing, skateboarding, and spending time with his family.
