Ingrid Cordelino
Ingrid Cordelino joined Palmer Holland in 2023 as an Ingredients Consultant within our Health & Nutrition Team. She currently lives in Brooklyn, NY, and supports customers in the Northeast Region: Vermont, Massachusetts, Connecticut, New Hampshire, New York, Maine, Maryland, New Jersey, east Pennsylvania, and Rhode Island. She's passionate about quality food and quality in business, efficiently delivering outstanding service to her customers. With a master’s in food science, Ingrid started her career in R&D at Ingredion, developing new clean-label ingredient solutions for tasty gluten-free foods. Solving complex food challenges is her way to have fun at work, as well as uncovering winning innovation strategies to help her customers bring added value to consumers based on market trends and her industry knowledge. In her free time, you'll find Ingrid at an improv class, reading a book on innovation or psychology, or grabbing coffee with a friend.
