Dana Vattanavanitkul

Dana Vattanavanitkul joined Palmer Holland in 2024 as an Ingredients Consultant for the Health & Nutrition Team. She currently resides in California and supports customers on the West Coast: California, Oregon, Washington, Utah, Nevada, Idaho, Colorado, Montana, and Hawaii. Dana is a University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign graduate with a B.S. in Molecular and Cellular Biology and an M.S. in Food Science. With years of experience in product development, commercialization, and technical sales across various food and nutrition categories, she brings her passion for food and industry expertise to support customers in bringing their food ideas to life. Outside of work, you’ll find Dana at an aerial arts class, playing with her dogs, and exploring new restaurants while traveling around the world.
