Jean brings over 25 years of experience in food ingredients, having worked for major manufacturers of edible oils, hydrocolloids, phosphates, lactic acid, and other functional ingredients. Jean holds a Chemical Engineering degree from Vanderbilt University and an MBA from the University of IL, Chicago. Jean and her husband love living in the suburbs northwest of Chicago, where they raised their three sons. Her interests and activities include cooking, reading, swimming, paddleboarding, and snow skiing.
