Charles Barber

Charles Barber is the Technical Director - Health & Nutrition and joins Palmer Holland as part of the Health & Nutrition vertical. He brings 20 years of experience in the food and nutritional ingredients space to Palmer Holland from industry leaders BASF Corp. and Archer Daniels Midland Co. He has held positions in a development lab, managed technical sales, and most recently worked as strategic oversight of science, regulatory, applications, and quality. After meritorious service in the United States Marine Corps, Charles went on to graduate from Millikin University in Decatur, IL with BS degrees in Biology and Chemistry and is a professional member of the Institute of Food Technologists.  He enjoys spending time in the outdoors hunting and fishing with his two sons and is an accomplished chef.
