allnex Crosslinkers
Phenolic and amino crosslinkers are used with epoxy, polyester, acrylic and alkyd resins and provide the desired balance of flexibility, exterior durability, chemical resistance and film toughness. CYCAT® acid catalysts enhance crosslinking for low acid-containing polymers and lower-temperature applications. The new CYMEL® NF formaldehyde-free crosslinkers are ideal for applications where formaldehyde emissions are a concern.
Polyester acrylates
Wide range of viscosities (low to high), cure speed, moderate to high shrinkage
Epoxy acrylates
Very fast cure, high hardness, excellent chemical resistance
Urethane acrylates
Versatile, virtually any performance level can be achieved in terms of softness/hardness, flexibility, non-yellowing and cure speeds, with a wide range of viscosities. Aliphatic urethane acrylates are known for their excellent outdoor performance
Amine modified polyether acrylates
Reactivity boosters
Multi-Functional Methacrylates (MFMAs)
Used as reactive diluents mainly in non-UV application which are built in the polymer network upon reaction
Acrylate monomers
Used as reactive diluents in UV/EB formulations that become part of the polymer backbone
