Palmer Holland and Nouryon have signed a distribution agreement, appointing Palmer Holland as national distributor of Nouryon’s non-ionic cellulose ethers across the United States for the coatings market.
Cleveland, OH – [April 9, 2024] Palmer Holland and Nouryon have signed a distribution agreement, appointing Palmer Holland as national distributor of Nouryon’s non-ionic cellulose ethers across the United States for the coatings market.
This partnership enhances Nouryon's market presence and broadens Palmer Holland's offerings in the coatings industry. Palmer Holland will particularly focus on the decorative coatings market, delivering innovative solutions supported by technical expertise and dedicated customer assistance. As part of this new collaboration, Nouryon’s Bermocoll® products will be added to the Palmer Holland portfolio.
Bermocoll® grades are fully soluble in water and are utilized in various industrial applications, with a primary focus on water-based paints and building products. These cellulose ethers are produced using a unique solvent-free process, ensuring a reliable product with a low carbon footprint. Bermocoll® serves as a rheology modifier, stabilizer, and water-retaining agent for water-based decorative paints.
