Palmer Holland Names Tim Skufca Chief Executive Officer
April 1, 2026
Vincent S. Misiti, who has served as CEO since 2023, will transition to Executive Chairman of the Board, focusing on Board leadership, governance, and long-term strategic stewardship. Current Executive Chairman and long-time, transformational executive, Bryn Irvine, will move to a permanent position as senior director on the Palmer Holland Board.
Skufca joined Palmer Holland in October 2025 as Chief Strategy Officer and has been leading the company’s strategic planning and mergers and acquisitions initiatives. As CEO, he will guide the company’s next phase of sustainable growth, expanding Palmer Holland’s market capabilities while reinforcing its commitment to operating as an independent, employee-owned organization.
Skufca brought more than 20 years of sales and commercial leadership experience to Palmer Holland. Before serving as Palmer Holland’s CSO, he was Vice President and General Manager of the U.S. Wholesale business at Moen, Inc., where he oversaw a complex national distribution channel and led a sales organization of more than 200 professionals. In that role, he worked across marketing, operations, and finance to develop and execute long-term operating strategies, drive category growth, and strengthen partnerships across multiple vertical markets.
Prior to his tenure at Moen, Skufca spent a decade with The Sherwin-Williams Company, where he held a series of leadership roles in sales and commercial strategy, ultimately serving as National Director of the company’s multi-family sales segment. Throughout his career, Skufca has built a reputation for combining strategic discipline with a people-first leadership philosophy, aligning closely with Palmer Holland’s culture and core values.
“Over the past several years, our focus has been investing in people, processes, and systems, sharpening our strategy and execution, and reinforcing the culture that defines Palmer Holland,” said Misiti. “Tim has demonstrated the leadership, strategic mindset, and cultural alignment needed to guide the company forward. With the strong foundation the team has built, the time is right for him to lead Palmer Holland into its next chapter of growth.”
“Palmer Holland has a remarkable combination of industry expertise, trusted partnerships, and an ownership culture that truly sets it apart,” said Skufca. “I’m excited to build on the momentum the team has created and work alongside our employee-owners to pursue new growth opportunities while continuing to deliver value for our principals and customers.”
