Palmer Holland Adds Two Veterans To Case Sales Team

Cleveland, OH – November 4, 2019 – Palmer Holland, a North American specialty chemical and fine ingredient distributor, is pleased to welcome both David Le Pagne and Julue Duplechian to the Palmer Holland CASE sales team.
 
David Le Pagne comes to Palmer Holland as an Account Manager – CASE. He began his career in the chemical industry in 2005 where he held previous roles with Clariant Pigments, Ashland - ISP, and Troy Chemical. His professional affiliations include the Los Angeles Society for Coatings Technology. He has a master’s degree in Materials Science & Processing from EEIGM in France and a Licentiate thesis in Materials Science from Luleå University in Sweden.
 
Le Pagne resides in Altadena, California. His territory includes Southern California, Colorado, and Utah.
 
Julue Duplechian joins Palmer Holland as an Account Manager - CASE with over 35 years of experience in the chemical industry. Previously, she was a Technical Sales Representative with Terra Firma/D&F based in Houston. Her professional affiliations include the Houston Paint and Coatings Association, Society of Plastics Engineers, and Institute of Food Technologists.
 
Duplechian resides in Montgomery, Texas, and is responsible for a territory that covers Houston, Austin/San Antonio, El Paso, Southern Texas, and Louisiana.
