We are pleased to announce two new members of the Health & Nutrition Team, Emily Cruz and Tim Horgan.
Cleveland, OH – October 17, 2022 – Palmer Holland, a North American specialty chemical and fine ingredient distributor, is pleased to announce two additions to the Health & Nutrition Team, Emily Cruz and Tim Horgan.
Based in Seattle, Washington, Emily Cruz joins the Health & Nutrition Team as an Ingredient Consultant on the West Coast. With a degree in Culinary Nutrition, Cruz brings over 12 years of Product Development and Customer Innovation experience to Palmer Holland, working for companies like CuliNex and Conifer Specialties, Inc. She spent the last several years as the Director of Innovation at CuliNex, focusing on the product development process and working with food brands and ingredients suppliers.
Tim Horgan is based in Cincinnati, Ohio. Horgan joins the Health & Nutrition Team as an Ingredient Consultant in the six-state Ohio Valley region. An Executive Chef with a degree in Food Science, Horgan brings over ten years of R&D and sales experience, working for companies like Wild Flavors, Specialty Ingredients, and Skidmore Sales and Distributing. Horgan spent the last several years as a Regional Sales Manager in the Ohio Valley.
