Technical Manager - Coatings
Craig Lott is a Coatings Technical Manager for Palmer Holland. He brings more than a decade of experience in the coatings industry, with a strong background in product development, formulation, and technical collaboration with customers.
Most recently, he served as a Senior Product Development Chemist at Microban International, where he led the development of antimicrobial coating formulations across a range of substrates and worked closely with commercial teams to support customer solutions and new product initiatives. Prior to that, Craig spent several years with BASF Corporation supporting architectural coatings formulation and commercialization efforts.
Throughout his career, he has built a reputation for technical problem-solving, cross-functional collaboration, and translating complex formulation work into practical solutions for customers. He and his wife are proud parents to a 5-year-old daughter and two dogs, and enjoy traveling and spending time together. He’s also very competitive and a big fan of sports, especially the NBA.
