Product Details

Coscat 83 catalyst is a proprietary organobismuth compound that was specifically developed as a catalyst for two component polyurethane systems. Coscat 83 catalyst is recommended for a wide range of elastomeric systems where reduced catalyst toxicity is desirable. Coscat 83 catalyst provides a reduced toxicity alternative to organo-metallic carboxylates based on lead, mercury or tin without sacrificing performance.

  • Slow to moderate speed catalyst for polyurethane coatings, elastomers and casting compounds
  • Does not foam in the presence of low levels of moisture
