The Concept of Recyling and Upcycling

The global market leader in advanced sustainable PVB products

Our PVB recycling factories in Europe and the USA transform this former waste material into advanced sustainable polymers that have use in many industrial applications worldwide. Our PVB is a non-toxic, sustainable and price competitive alternative to PVC, SBR Latex, Styrene Acrylics, Epoxy, and other less sustainable materials.

We have developed applications in many industries, including carpet backing, paint and coatings, sound dampening  – and we keep adding; all areas where the unique PVB polymer brings value over and above just replacing the existing virgin raw materials. Among others it helps our customers build Cradle-2-Cradle certified products and reduce their GHG/CO2 emissions.

Upcycled advanced PVB as a raw material provides many benefits, including:
  • Enhancing your sustainability profile
  • Reduction of CO2 emissions
  • Reduction of VOC’s and biocides
  • Economically competitive, while providing supply chain benefits

  • 100% post-consumer recycled PVB
  • Halogen and phthalate-free elastomer
  • Excellent thermoplastic properties
  • Excellent adhesion properties
