Cleveland, OH [February 2024] Palmer Holland and LANXESS MPP have expanded their partnership in North America. With this new agreement, Palmer Holland will cover the entire U.S. and Canada, focusing solely on the metalworking fluids and lubricants markets for the LANXESS Material Protection Products business.

Palmer Holland will add the brands KATHON™, ROCIMA™, BIOBAN™, and KORDEK™ to the portfolio, along with the flagship Preventol brand, to represent LANXESS’ full offering of industrial preservatives for metalworking fluids and lubricants. LANXESS offers a broad range of highly effective biocidal active ingredients and blends suitable for either tank side or concentrate application to help protect metalworking fluids from microbial attack, biofilm formation, mycobacterial growth, and other issues.
