How does Palmer Holland support communities?
Through our PH Gives program, we empower employees to support nonprofit organizations by matching charitable donations. Employees are encouraged to give back through volunteerism, supported by paid time off for charitable service. We proudly match donations to certified non-profit 501c3 organizations at a 1:1 ratio, doubling the impact of our employees' generosity.
Our employee-led Charity Works program organizes volunteer opportunities and community initiatives, helping strengthen both our communities and our internal culture.
