VANCOUVER, WA (Oct. 10, 2018) – Emerald Kalama Chemical appointed Palmer Holland as a preferred distributor for its portfolio of K-FLEX® plasticizers, coalescents and modifiers in the Northeast quadrant of the United States, including New England, Northern Atlantic, Ohio Valley and Midwest.
