Paid Time Off

We know time away matters. Our Paid Time Off (PTO) policy gives you the flexibility to use one bank of time for vacation, personal needs, or when you’re not feeling your best. Exempt employees enjoy "no maximum" PTO, while non-exempt employees can earn up to 17 days in their first year—supporting balance, flexibility, and well-being.

Health Care

At Palmer Holland, we provide a robust medical, dental, and vision coverage designed to protect your health and financial well-being. Choose between a company-paid high-deductible plan or a cost-share co-pay option. Employees can also earn employer contributions to HSA or FSA accounts through our HR guided wellness program.

Palmer Holland matches donations to registered 501(c)(3) nonprofits at a 1:1 ratio and supports rotating focus areas and causes at 2:1.
