Dave Leiser, Vice President, Metalworking, has been in the specialty chemical industry for over 25 years. Dave worked as an Account Manager for the Harry Holland Co., Inc., in Chicago and Detroit before assuming the role of President of Harry Holland Co., Inc., of Detroit in 1984. Among his professional affiliations, Dave is a member of the Detroit Society for Coatings Technology, Detroit Paint & Coatings Association., Society of Tribologists and Lubrication Engineers, and the Independent Lubricant Manufacturers Association.
Dave and his wife reside in Birmingham, MI with their children. Hobbies and family activities include boating, sports, reading, and music. Dave holds a BS degree from Michigan State University.

Mark Riemann

Mark Riemann is Vice President of Sales, joining Palmer Holland in 1999. Previously with Cook Composites & Polymers and American Colors, Mark brings many years of management expertise to Palmer Holland. Included among his professional affiliations are the National Paint & Coatings Association., Management Information Committee, and Cleveland Industrial Paint & Coatings Executive Committee.
Mark and his wife have two children. The family enjoys sailing and church activities and Mark plays an occasional round of golf. Mark holds a degree in Business Administration from Miami (Ohio) University.

Ronald Zmich

Ron joined Palmer Holland in December, 2006, and has been in the chemical industry for fifteen years. He began his career with Air Products & Chemicals, working in both supply chain and sales across their Specialty Additives and Epoxy Additives businesses respectively. Subsequently, Ron held sales and sales management positions at Sauereisen, Inc. (Pittsburgh, PA) and GMZ, Inc. (West Chester, OH) before joining Palmer Holland.
Ron and his family reside in Hudson, OH. His interests include fitness (Spinning), fishing, music, reading and cooking. Ron holds a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University in Pittsburgh, PA.

Jim Aloye is an Account Manager for Palmer Holland covering Philadelphia and New England territories. He joined Palmer Holland in 2007 and previously held various technical and marketing positions over the past 30 years within Reichold Chemical, Ball Corp., Glidden/ICI, Cognis Corporation, and TH Hilson Co. Jim is a member of the Philadelphia Paint Society.
Jim resides in Reading, PA and enjoys golf and fishing. He graduated from the University of Pittsburgh.

Ed Antonucci

Ed Antonucci is the Eastern Regional Sales Manager. Prior to joining Palmer Holland in 2007, most recently he was the Vice President/Business Unit Manager of Specialty Additives at Ashland Specialty Chemicals. Before that, he worked for Skeist Labs and Benjamin Moore & Co. Ed is a member of the New York Society for Coatings Technology as well as Chem Pharma.
Ed resides in Randolph, NJ with his wife Anne and has a son and a daughter. His hobbies include golf, recreational and 5K runs and he is a hockey fan. Ed has an MS in Chemistry (Business Minor) from Seton Hall University and a BS in Chemistry from St. Vincent College.

Stuart Aronson

Stu Aronson has over 40 years experience in the chemical industry concentrating on coatings, graphic arts, adhesives, rubber, and urethanes. He began his career when he joined Neville Chemical. Most recently, Stu was the regional manager of Focus Chemical for over 9 years. Stu is a member of SACI, FSCT, Baltimore Society for Coatings Technology, and serves on the Board of Directors of the New York Society for Coatings Technology as the Employment Chairman.
Stu lives in New Jersey with his wife. He has two grown daughters and four grandchildren. Stu enjoys gardening and attending concerts. He has a BS in Chemistry from Dickinson-Fairleigh University.

Russ Bachman

Russ Bachman is the Central Regional Sales Manager and has been with Palmer Holland since 1999. His tenure in the industry exceeds 30 years and includes positions with the C.L. Zimmerman Co., Hunting Industrial Coatings and Fibre-Glass Evercoat. Professional affiliations include the Cleveland Coatings Society (President 2003-2004). Russ was involved in chemical manufacturing for 21 years and was awarded the State of Ohio Institute of Advanced Manufacturing Science (TechSolve Inc.) Environmental Clean-Up Honor in 1995.
Russ lives in Brunswick, Ohio with his wife and their sons and enjoys a good game of golf and family fun in his free time. He attended Wilmington College.

Rick Bayles

Rick Bayles is an Account Manager in Texas, Louisiana, Oklahoma, Arkansas and parts of Kansas and Missouri. He joined Palmer Holland in July 2010 from Triad Lubrication, where he was the Western Region manager. Prior to joining Triad, he held various technical and marketing positions at Infineum, Shell Chemical and Lubrizol. Rick was the recipient of the Olympian Sales Award at Shell Chemical, and is the patent holder for a Novel product developed at Lubrizol. He is a member of STLE, ASTM and AIChE (American Institute of Chemical Engineers).
Rick and his wife Cathy reside in Sugar Land, TX and have two adult children. In his free time, Rick enjoys golf, travel, yoga and volunteering for Habitat For Humanity. He holds a BS in Chemical Engineering from the University of Virginia, an MS in Chemical Engineering from the University of Maryland and an MBA from Cleveland State University.

Gregory Cornwell

Greg is an Account Manager in the Western Illinois territory. He has 20 years experience in the chemical industry and was most recently with Cognis Corporation as a Global Account Manager for seven years prior to joining Palmer Holland in 2007. He also held the position of V.P. of Sales and Marketing with MD Both. Professional affiliations include the Chicago Paint and Coatings Association and the Society for Tribology & Lubrication Engineers. Prior to entering the industry, Greg was a helicopter pilot and Captain with the Air Calvary Squadron in the US Army.
Greg, his wife, and three children live in Illinois. He enjoys landscaping and golf. He holds a BS degree in Agriculture.

Todd Cox

Todd Cox is an Account Manager covering Northern
Illinois, Wisconsin and Iowa territories. A 17-year veteran of industrial sales, he served as vice president of sales for Cox Sales Consultants, Inc. as well as regional account manager at both GE Plastics and Excel Polymers prior to joining Palmer Holland in 2009.
Todd earned a BS degree in marketing from the University of Wisconsin - La Crosse. Todd and his wife have two children and reside in Madision, WI, where he enjoys golf, travel and reading in his spare time.

Tony Denton

Tony is an account manager in the Palmer Holland Central region, covering northern Tennessee, southern Indiana, and Kentucky. He has 15 years of experience in the industrial sector, including seven years as a Senior Buyer for Hitachi Automotive Products, several industrial roles at GE Plastics and two years at Cabot with a focus on carbon black sales for tires and industrial products.
Tony has a degree in Accounting from Georgetown College. He and his wife and family reside in Kentucky, where he enjoys running, playing golf and keeping up with the many sports and activities of his two children.

Pete French has been with Palmer Holland since 1995 and in the chemical industry since 1989. He is an Account Manager responsible for the eastern Ohio and western New York territories. Professional affiliations include Cleveland Coatings Society, Cleveland Chemical Association, the Cleveland chapter of Society for Tribologists and Lubrication Engineers, as well as the Northeast Ohio Rubber & Plastics group. Pete worked previously for Davies Can Company.
Pete and his wife and sons live in Aurora, Ohio. In his free time, Pete enjoys fishing, outdoor sports and vintage sports cars. Pete holds a BA in Business Administration from Ohio University.

Richard Gire

Rich Gire is an Account Manager who has been with Palmer Holland since 2005. Rich is a 28-year industry veteran, having served in various capacities with such companies as Cognis, Henkel Corp., Elf Atochem, Cyro, Sud-Chemie and Eastman Chemicals.
Rich and his wife live in northern Kentucky, where he enjoys fishing, reading and a variety of other hobbies. He holds a BA in Chemistry from Eastern Kentucky University, as well as an MBA in Management from Webster University.

Rex Gmerek

Rex Gmerek is an account Manager in the St. Louis area. Rex grew up in St. Louis and started his career as an account manager for Jones Chemical. He then went to Harcros Chemical in 1992 and worked there for 16 years. He became a district sales manager for Harcros in 1992, managing $37 million in sales. Rex will be based in St. Louis, MO and will cover Missouri, Kansas, Nebraska, southern Illinois and parts of Iowa.
Rex attended St. Louis Community College and St. Louis University. He and his wife Carmen live in St. Louis and have two children. Rex is an avid baseball fan and enjoys golfing and weight lifting.

Scott Hoenicke

Scott Hoenicke is an Account Manager for Illinois, northern Indiana and parts of Wisconsin. Prior to joining Palmer Holland, Scott held several positions at Sun Chemical, including formulation, technical service, regional sales and national account manager. He also served in national technical sales for C&W Pressroom.
Scott earned a BS degree through the engineering and applied sciences curriculum at Western Michigan University. He enjoys fly fishing, hunting, snowboarding, motocross and hiking in his free time.

Christian Hughes is an Account Manager in the northern Ohio area. He joined Palmer Holland shortly after graduating from the University of Cincinnati in 2009 with a BA in Communications. He is a member of the Cleveland Coatings Society.

Joseph Hunt

Joe Hunt has been with Palmer Holland since November 1993. He is currently the Western Regional Sales Manager with responsibilities in Illinois, Indiana, Wisconsin, Minnesota, Missouri, Kansas, Iowa, Nebraska, North Dakota, South Dakota and Colorado. Joe was previously employed with Ashland Chemical Co. for eight years, during which time he was the 1990 Superior Performance Award winner. Joe was President of the Pittsburgh Paint and Coatings Association in 1998. Other professional affiliations include the Chicago Paint and Coatings Association and the Society of Tribologists and Lubricant Engineers.
Joe, his wife Cyndi and their two sons, Jay and Brenden, live in Geneva, Illinois. He enjoys golf, volleyball, and tennis and participates as a volunteer with the Alzheimer's Foundation. Joe holds a BA in Accounting from the University of Findlay.

Michael Johnson

Mike Johnson is a Business Manager with Palmer Holland and previously an Account Manager responsible for the western Pennsylvania and West Virginia territories. Formerly with the Bayer Corporation, Mike’s career has been focused on industrial chemical sales and engineering since 1985. Professional affiliations include the Society of Chemical Manufacturers Association, Pittsburgh Society for Coatings Technology, Independent Lubricant Manufacturers Association, Alliance for Polyurethane Industry and National Wood Floor Association.
Mike and his family reside in Pennsylvania. He enjoys family activities, golf and college sporting events. Mike holds a BSE degree from West Virginia University, as well as an MBA from Monmouth University.

Tim Kraemer

Tim Kraemer is an account manager in northern New England, including Maine, New Hampshire and parts of Massachusetts. He began his career as a technical service chemist in UV flexographic inks and coatings for Zeller+Gmelin Corp., Richmond, VA before joining the Tego Coating and Ink Additives business group of Evonik as a technical service chemist. He was then promoted by Tego to a technical sales representative position and spent five years covering the northeast region from Richmond to Boston, with national account responsibility at Sun Chemical, PPG and Dupont. Just prior to joining Palmer Holland, Tim served as an account manager for Air Products and Chemicals in Allentown, PA, promoting specialty additives (Surfynol and other products).
A resident of Allentown, Tim in an avid hockey fan and enjoys cooking, traveling and playing music. He holds a BS degree in Industrial Chemistry from Keene State College, Keene, NH.

Mark Kremzar has been an Account Manager with Palmer Holland since 1998 and covers the Cincinnati, OH and southern IN territories. He joined the chemical distribution industry in 1986. Mark’s professional affiliations include the CDIC Coatings Society, Society for Tribologists and Lubrication Engineers, past president and board member of Cincinnati STLE and the Cincinnati Chemical Association, among others.

Greg is an Account Manager in the Central region covering the Michigan and northwest Ohio territory. Greg began his career as a Laboratory Technician at Akzo Nobel Coatings, then joined Baker & Collinson Inc in 1995 as a Technical Sales Representative for coatings, plastics, adhesive, and sealants industries. Greg is currently the President of the Detroit Society for Coatings Technology and a member of the American Coatings Associaton.
Greg, his wife and two children reside in Rochester Hills, MI. He enjoys spending time with his family, golf, skiing and cooking. His favorite sports are football, hockey and baseball. Greg has a Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Communications with a minor in Business Management from Western Michigan University.

Trey Lominack

Trey Lominack joined our company in 2009 and is a Business Manager for Palmer Holland. A 10-year member of the lubricants industry, he also held the positions of chemist, QA/QC manager, technical sales rep and account manager at Lubrizol. Trey is a veteran of the United States Army, serving during the Gulf War with the First Infantry Division (aka “The Big Red One”). He also served in the South Carolina Army National Guard and the Florida Army National Guard. Trey is a member of ILMA, STLE and SATA.
Trey is a golfer and a runner and competes in marathons and ultra-marathons. He and his wife live in Greenville, SC with their dogs Hobbes and Daisy. Trey has a BS in Chemistry from Newberry College.

Mark Malone is the Account Manager for a territory that encompasses Missouri, Kansas, Nebraska, Iowa, Oklahoma and Colorado. A 25-year veteran of the chemical industry, he held positions at American Colors and Cook Composites & Polymers before joining Palmer Holland. Mark is also a Certified Composites Technician.
Mark earned a degree in Marketing from Ball State University. With two children in college, he and his wife are part-time empty nesters. In his free time, Mark enjoys playing basketball and coaching high school soccer.

Tom Mau is an Account Manager in the Illinois territory and began his career in this industry selling alkyds for Cargill. Later, Tom became President/Owner of DG Hereley, which was sold to Fitz Chem. Based in the Pittsburgh area, he joined us after 15 years with Gateway Additive and Lubrizol. He focuses on driving new business in the metalworking and lubricant industries and has direct coverage in parts of Ohio, Pennsylvania, New York, Michigan and Canada.

With Palmer Holland since December 1995, Tom Poe is a Sales Development Specialist and previously served as an Account Manager covering southern Ohio, northern Kentucky and Eastern Tennessee. A 37-year veteran of the chemical industry, he has worked at Noveon, Borden Graphics, and Seegott Inc. Professional affiliations include the Cincinnati Ink Club, CDIC, National Paint & Coatings Association, Society of Tribologists & Lubrication Engineers and NREMT, among many others. Tom also served with the 101st Airborne Div. Army Reserve out of Fort Campbell, KY. He is also an EMT and retired First Responder/Medic with the Florence, KY Fire Department and is a member of the KY Medical Reserve Corps and Bugles Across America, which performs duties at military funerals.
Tom and his wife, Darleen, have three children and five grandchildren. Tom holds a BA from Thomas More College, registry with NREMT, and certifications in graphic arts from the University of Cincinnati. He enjoys church activities, motorcycles, scuba diving, hiking, golf, and travel.

Dave Ruggieri covers the territory between Columbus, OH and north to Cleveland, OH. He joined Palmer Holland after 12 years at Rubber Polymer Corporation, where he last served as Executive Vice President, responsible for all daily operations. He also spent three years with ChemCentral as an account manager.
Dave holds a BS Combined Science (math/chemistry) degree from Youngstown State University. A resident of Canfield, he likes golfing, running and landscaping - but he enjoys spending as much time as possible with his wife and two young children most of all.

Parker Sizemore joined Palmer Holland as an Account Manager from Triad Lubrication Components in July 2010. Prior to Triad, Parker served as a Sterilization Engineer for C.R. Bard’s Madison, GA and Covington, GA facilities, as well as a Process Engineer for SurModics Pharmaceuticals. He is a member of STLE and SATA (Southern Aerosol Technical Association), and has received national awards from both the Biomedical Engineering Society (BMES) and the American Institute of Chemical Engineering (AIChE). Parker’s territory includes GA, SC, NC, TN, AL, FL, MS, KY and VA, and his sales focus will be on metalworking and lubrication.
Parker and his wife reside in Atlanta, GA, where he enjoys Atlanta Braves baseball, fishing, water sports, hiking and cheering for his alma mater. He earned a BS degree in chemical engineering from Auburn University.

Bob Wehagen is a Sales Development Specialist for Palmer Holland, joining the company in 2005. Previously, Bob held corporate sales and sales management positions with Call Center Resources, Inc. Throughout his career, Bob has specialized in marketing business product services to retail, financial, and health care clientele.
Bob and his family reside in Northeast Ohio, where he is active in several volunteer organizations, including his community’s emergency response team. In his free time, Bob enjoys an occasional round of golf. Bob holds a business degree from Cuyahoga Community College.
