Palmer Supplies Announces Merger With Harry Holland Company of Michigan

(Cleveland, OH) Palmer Supplies Company announced today, February 18, 2002, that they have merged with Harry Holland Company, located in Michigan. The joint company will be called Palmer Holland, Inc. Joe Lykins, President of Palmer Supplies and Dave Leiser, President of Harry Holland Company, signed a merger agreement during February, 2002. The companies distribute resins, pigments, coatings and inks additives, specialty chemicals, metal working and lubricants additives, and raw materials throughout the Midwest.
"I cannot begin to tell you how excited we are to be merging with Harry Holland," states Joe Lykins. "Although management discussions have been underway for the past six months, we have been talking about this merger for the past five years. Harry Holland is a very solid company and has developed a strong reputation in Michigan. Harry Holland brings to the table tremendous expertise which provides Palmer with an expanded market and an extended product line for our combined firm."
