MARK RIEMANN

Vice President of Sales

Mark Riemann is Vice President of Sales, joining Palmer Holland in 1999. Previously with Cook Composites & Polymers and American Colors, Mark brings many years of management expertise to Palmer Holland. Included among his professional affiliations are the National Paint & Coatings Assn., Management Information Committee, and Cleveland Industrial Paint & Coatings Executive Committee.

Mark and his wife have two children. The family enjoys sailing and church activities and Mark plays an occasional round of golf. Mark holds a degree in Business Administration from Miami (Ohio) University.

DAVID LEISER

Vice President of Metalworking

Dave Leiser, Vice President, Metalworking, is a twenty-five-plus year veteran of the specialty chemical industry. Dave worked as an Account Manager for the Harry Holland Co., Inc., in Chicago and Detroit before assuming the role of President of Harry Holland Co., Inc., of Detroit in 1984. Among his professional affiliations, Dave is a member of the Detroit Society for Coatings Technology, Detroit Paint & Coatings Assn., Society of Tribologists and Lubrication Engineers, and the Independent Lubricant Manufacturers Assn.

Dave and his wife reside in Birmingham, MI with their children. Hobbies and family activities include boating, sports, reading, and music. Dave holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Michigan State University.

JAMES ALOYE

Jim Aloye is an Account Manager for Palmer Holland covering the Philadelphia and New England territories. He joined Palmer Holland in 2007 and previously held various technical and marketing positions over the past 30 years within Reichold Chemical, Ball Corp., Glidden/ICI, Cognis Corporation, and TH Hilson Co. Jim is a member of the Philadelphia Paint Society.

Jim resides in Reading, PA and enjoys golf and fishing. He graduated from the University of Pittsburgh.

EDWARD ANTONUCCI

Ed Antonucci is the Eastern Regional Sales Manager. Prior to joining Palmer Holland in 2007, most recently he was the Vice President/Business Unit Manager of Specialty Additives at Ashland Specialty Chemicals. Before that, he worked for Skeist Labs and Benjamin Moore & Co. Ed is a member of the New York Society for Coatings Technology as well as Chem Pharma.

Ed resides in Randolph, NJ with his wife Anne and has a son and a daughter. His hobbies include golf, recreational and 5K runs and he is a hockey fan. Ed has an MS in Chemistry (Business Minor) from Seton Hall University and a BS in Chemistry from St. Vincent College.

STUART ARONSON

Stu Aronson has over 40 years experience in the chemical industry concentrating on coatings, graphic arts, adhesives, rubber, and urethanes.  He began his career when he joined Neville Chemical. Most recently, Stu was the regional manager of Focus Chemical for over 9 years. Stu is a member of SACI, FSCT, Baltimore Society for Coatings Technology, and serves on the Board of Directors of the New York Society for Coatings Technology as the Employment Chairman.

Stu lives in New Jersey with his wife. He has 2 grown daughters and 3 granddaughters. Stu enjoys gardening and attending concerts. He has a BS in Chemistry from Dickenson-Fairleigh University.

Russ Bachman is the Central Regional Sales Manager. With Palmer Holland since 1999, his tenure in the industry exceeds 30 years. Previously he worked for the C.L. Zimmerman Co., Hunting Industrial Coatings, and Fibre-Glass Evercoat. Professional affiliations include the Cleveland Coatings Society (President 2003-2004). Russ enjoyed 21 years of chemical manufacturing where he was awarded the State of Ohio Institute of Advanced Manufacturing Science (TechSolve Inc.) Environmental Clean-Up Honor in 1995.

Russ lives in Brunswick, Ohio with his wife and their sons and enjoys a good game of golf and family fun in his free time. He attended Wilmington College.

Greg, his wife, and 3 children live in Illinois. He enjoys landscaping and golf. He holds a BS degree in Agriculture.

DONALD DERBY

Don Derby is a Business Manager for Palmer Holland. He joined Palmer Holland in January 2006, when Palmer Holland acquired Focus Chemical. Don has over 35 years experience in the chemical industry having begun his career with Polyvinyl Chemical Industries. He was also an Account Manager at Hamblet & Hayes before spending  years at Focus Chemical as Sales Manager. Professional affiliations include Polyurethane Manufacturers Association, New England Chemical Club, Federation of Societies for Coatings Technology, and New England Coatings Association.

Don resides in North Hampton, New Hampshire and has 2 sons. He enjoys competitive running, cycling, and ocean kayaking.

PETER FRENCH

Pete French has been with Palmer Holland since 1995 and in the chemical industry since 1989. He is an Account Manager responsible for the eastern Ohio and western New York territories. Professional affiliations include Cleveland Coatings Society, Cleveland Chemical Association, the Cleveland chapter of Society for Tribologists and Lubrication Engineers, as well as the Northeast Ohio Rubber & Plastics group. Pete worked previously for Davies Can Company.

Pete and his wife and sons live in Aurora, Ohio. In his free time, Pete enjoys fishing, outdoor sports and vintage sports cars. Pete holds a BA in Business Administration from Ohio University.

RICHARD GIRE

Rich Gire is a Business Manager who has been with Palmer Holland since 2005. Rich is a 24-year industry veteran, having served in various capacities with such companies as Cognis, C.L. Zimmerman, Henkel Corp., Elf Atochem and Eastman Chemicals. He has been recognized as Unocal Supplier of the Year, as well as C.L. Zimmerman Supplier Rep of the Year.

Rich, his wife and family, live in Kentucky, where he enjoys fishing. He holds a BA in Chemistry from Eastern Kentucky University, as well as an MBA in Management from Webster University.

JOSEPH HUNT

Joe Hunt has been with Palmer Holland since November 1993. Currently, Joe is the Western Sales Manager with responsibilities in Michigan, Illinois, Indiana, Wisconsin, and Minnesota. Previously with Ashland Chemical Co. for 8 years, he was the 1990 Superior Performance Award winner. In addition, Joe was Vice-President of the Pittsburgh Society of Coatings Technology. Other professional affiliations include the Federation of Societies of Coatings Technology, the National Concrete & Masonry Assn., and the chemical and Allied Industries of Northwest Ohio.

Joe, his wife Cyndi and their 2 sons, Jay and Brenden, live in Geneva, Illinois. He enjoys golf, volleyball, and tennis. Joe participates as a volunteer with the Alzheimer's Foundation. Joe holds a BA in Accounting from the University of Findlay.

MICHAEL JOHNSON

Mike Johnson is an Account Manager responsible for the western Pennsylvania and West Virginia territories. Formerly with the Bayer Corporation, Mike’s career has been focused on industrial chemical sales and engineering since 1985. Professional affiliations include the Society of Chemical Manufacturers Association, National Wood Floor Association, Kitchen Cabinet Manufacturers Association, and Pittsburgh Society for Coatings Technology.

Mike and his family reside in Pennsylvania. He enjoys family activities, golf and college sporting events. Mike holds a B.S.E. degree from West Virginia University as well as an M.B.A. from Monmouth University.

MARK KREMZAR

Mark Kremzar has been an Account Manager with Palmer Holland since 1998 and covers the Cincinnati, Ohio and southern Indiana territories. He joined the chemical industry in 1986 and previously worked for HVC, Inc. Mark’s professional affiliations include the CDIC Coatings Society, Society for Tribologists and Lubrication Engineers, and the Cincinnati Chemical Association, among others.

Mark resides in Cincinnati with his wife and their children. He is active in his church, enjoys running, and spending time with his family. Mark holds a BA in Economic Management from Ohio Wesleyan University.

Chad Leighty is an Account Manager in the Northern Ohio territory. Prior to joining Palmer Holland, he worked for BASF Corporation for 14 years holding the positions of Industrial Coatings Color Lab Manager, Quality Control Manager, and Sales/Technical Service.  Chad is a member of the Cleveland Coatings Society.

Chad resides in West Salem, OH with his wife and 3 children. Hobbies include hunting and fishing and spending time with his family.  He studied Electrical Engineering at the University of Akron.

Greg, his wife and 2 children, reside in Rocherster Hills, MI. He enjoys spending time with his family and cooking. His favorite sports are golf, football, and baseball.  Greg has a Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Communications with a minor in Business Management.

THOMAS MAU

Tom Mau is an Account Manager in the Illinois territory and began his career in this industry selling alkyds for Cargill. Later, Tom became President/Owner of DG Hereley which was sold to Fitz Chem. Tom’s professional affiliations include Chicago Society for Coatings Tech., Chicago Paint and Coatings Assn., and Chicago Printing Ink Production Club.

Tom resides in Mokena, IL with his wife and 4 children. Outside of the office, Tom enjoys spending time with his kids and is a member of Mokena Citizens in Action. He holds a B.S. Biology degree from the University of Illinois Champaign.

LISA MARCUCCI

Lisa Marcucci is a Sales Development Specialist having joined Palmer Holland in 2005. Previously, Lisa was a self-employed business owner where she managed daily operations including sales and contract development, purchasing, and human resources. She recently joined the Ohio Rubber & Plastics Group.

Lisa lives in Northeast Ohio with her husband and family. She enjoys coaching softball and spending time with her children. Lisa attended Lorain Community College.

Tim McCarty joined Palmer Holland in 2007 and is an Account Manager in the Michigan territory. Previously with FitzChem as Technical Industry Manager, and Maroon, Whittaker,Clark&Daniels, Chemcentral prior to that. Tim has also worked as a sales representative for 2 plastics companies. He is a member of Cleveland Coatings Society and NSCT.

Tim and his wife live in Canton, MI. He enjoys sailing, physical fitness, music, as well as good food and fine wine. Tim received a BAA from Central Michigan University.

THOMAS POE

Tom Poe has been with Palmer Holland since December 1995 and is an Account Manager covering southern Ohio, northern Kentucky and Eastern Tennessee. A 34 year veteran of the chemical industry, he has worked at Noveon, Borden Graphics, and Seegott Inc. Professional affiliations include the Cincinnati Ink Club, CDIC, National Paint & Coatings Association, Society of Tribologists & Lubrication Engineers, and NREMT among many others. Tom also served with the 101st Airborne Div. Army Reserve out of Fort Campbell, KY. He is also an EMT and retired First Responder/Medic with the Florence, KY Fire Department.

Tom and his wife, Darleen, have 3 children and 5 grandchildren. Tom holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Thomas More College, Registry with NREMT, and holds certifications in Graphic Arts from the University of Cincinnati.  He enjoys church activities, scuba diving, hiking, golf, and travel.

STEVEN ST. JEAN

Steve St. Jean is an Account Manager for the Cleveland, Akron, and I-71 Corridor to Columbus territory. He has been with Palmer Holland since 1984 and in the chemical industry since 1970. Previously Steve worked for Lancer Dispersions. Professional affiliations include the Society for Plastics Engineers, Cleveland Coatings Society, and the Society for Tribologists and Lubrication Engineers. He was honored with the 2001 National Assn. of Container Distributors Packaging Gold Award.

Steve and his wife reside in Stow, Ohio with their children. In his free time, he enjoys golf and woodworking. Steve holds a degree in Industrial Management from the University of Akron.

MARTIN SCHNURR, JR.

Marty Schnurr is an Account Manager responsible for the northern Tennessee, southern Indiana, and Kentucky territory. Marty joined Palmer Holland in 1994 and has been in the chemical industry since 1966. Previously he worked for Celanese Corporation and RhÔne-Poulenc. Marty’s professional affiliations include the Louisville Paint & Coatings Association and the Louisville Society for Coatings Technology. Honors include the Air Products 2000 Sales Excellence Award.

Marty and his wife live in Louisville and are 'empty nesters'. In his free time he enjoys golfing, thoroughbred racing and gardening. Marty holds a BA in Chemistry from Bellarmine University.

KELLIE SNIGAR

Kellie joined Palmer Holland in 2007. She is an Account Manager for eastern Ohio including Akron, Canton, and Marietta. Kellie has been in outside sales for 28 years and most recently was an Account Manager for NorthPak Container Corp. selling industrial containers. Kellie is currently the President of the Cleveland Coatings Society and serves on the Board of Trustees with the Cleveland Chemical Association. She has been a member of both of these organizations since 2001.

Kellie, her husband, and their dog Bridgette have lived in Ohio for 10 years after relocating from Detroit. Kellie has both a Liberal Arts and CAD degree. Her hobbies include gardening and antiques.

APRIL STEVENS

April Stevens is an Account Manager in the East Regional territory. April joined Palmer Holland in 2007 and has been in the chemical industry since 1993. Previously she was a Technical Sales Specialist with Rhein Chemie and prior to this was the  Regional Sales Manager for Dover Chemical covering direct accounts and was responsible for five of their distributors in NE Ohio and Canada. Product development, performance testing, and production support were among April's duties as Technical Service Manager when she worked at Mayco Oil. April is a member of the Society of Tribologists and Lubrication Engineers.

April, her husband and 2 children live in Eastern PA and enjoy camping, backpacking, and canoeing. April holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Biology from Millersville University in Millersville, PA.

ROBERT WEHAGEN

Bob Wehagen is Sales Development Specialist for Palmer Holland, joining the company in 2005. Previously, Bob held corporate sales and sales management positions with Call Center Resources, Inc. Throughout his career, Bob has specialized in marketing business product services to retail, financial, and health care clientele.

Bob and his family reside in Northeast Ohio, where he is active in several volunteer organizations, including his community’s emergency response team. In his free time, Bob enjoys an occasional round of golf. Bob holds a business degree from Cuyahoga Community College.

RICHARD ZIEGLER

Rick Ziegler is an Account Manager in Northeast Indiana and Michigan territories and has been in the chemical industry since 1986. Previously, he was Technical Sales Representative with the Harry Holland Co., Inc., of Detroit. He has also worked for The Magni Group and Thermalkem, where he held the positions of R&D Paint Chemist, and Technical Service. Rick’s professional affiliations include the Detroit Society for Coatings Technology, Detroit Paint & Coatings Assn., and the Society for Tribologists and Lubrication Engineers.

Rick, his wife and sons reside in Bloomfield Hills, MI. His interests include family activities, golf, fishing and skiing. Rick holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Eastern Michigan University.

Ron Zmich joined Palmer Holland as the Vice President of Marketing in December 2006. Ron has been in the chemical industry over 10 years. He worked as the Global Supply Chain Manager-Specialty Additives Div., and then as an Account Manager-Epoxy Additives for Air Products & Chemicals. Ron also held the position of Sales Manager at Saureisen prior to becoming Sales Manager at GMZ, Inc. Ron’s professional affiliations include CSCT/CPCA (Chicago), Federation of Societies for Coatings Technology, National Paint and Coatings Association, and American Marketing Association.

Ron and his family reside in Hudson, OH. His interests include fitness (Spinning), listening to music, reading, and cooking. Ron holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University in Pittsburgh, PA.
