ISO 9001 is an international quality standard developed by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO), a worldwide federation of national standards bodies representing some 130 countries.
ISO 9001 can be applied to any type and size of organization and provides a structured, but flexible, framework for a customer-focused business management system that drives business performance improvement. It is based on the following eight Quality Management Principles:

The benefits of ISO 9001 certification to Palmer Holland, Inc. customers include a motivated staff, improved product and service quality, and improved management and operational processes that result in less waste, increased productivity, efficiency and cost saving.
Palmer Holland is required to conduct our own annual internal audits, plus pass an annual third-party Surveillance audit and a triennial Registration Audit every third year.
