Using the European standard EN 12877-2 to determine heat stability of pigments used by masterbatch manufactures, TOR Minerals has developed a line of high-performance colored titanium dioxide pigments that exhibit property stability at temperatures in excess of 500 F. These pigments are chemically inert, non-bleeding and non-migratory, with good durability and opacity. And, they disperse very easily on high-speed equipment.
